Help accessing the website of the event

If you are having problems accessing the website, try following the instructions below.

Are you trying to access the website of the event but are having problems?  

You may have: 

  • entered your personal credentials instead of Unibo’s. In this case, log out and log in again using the credentials @studio.unibo.it you got when you registered. 
  • logged in with a different account of an other Office365 application available on the device. In this case, log out from all open applications and try logging in again. 

Have you accessed the website of the event but cannot see all elements of the site correctly (e.g. event schedule, degree programme stands)? 

Try logging out of the website and logging in again using Google Chrome.
