Submissions

*****

Please submit the revised version of your abstracts by 2 July 2021, using the template provided below. The submission, in Microsoft Word format (file extension: .docx), should take place on EasyChair, where you can add a new file (View > Update file; please do not delete the previous version).

There will be two categories of presentations:

  • Oral paper
  • Digital poster

Please note that oral papers are intended for onsite presentation. Digital posters will be published online beforehand and will involve a short online or onsite presentation, with an interactive Q&A session.

Authors of papers accepted for the 2020 edition of the conference have the opportunity to resubmit their (possibly updated) abstract, signalling this during abstract submission. Submissions of this kind will undergo light refereeing.

Abstracts should be between 800 and 1,000 words for oral papers and between 400 and 500 words for digital posters (please indicate in a footnote whether the submission is for a paper or a poster). Both types of submission should include a list of references (not included in the word count). They should provide a clear outline of the aim of the study, including clearly articulated research question(s), details of the research approach and method(s), and (preliminary) results.

Abstracts should be submitted via EasyChair by 12th March 2021. They will be reviewed anonymously by the scientific committee. You will be notified of the outcome of the review process by 19th April 2021.

A selection of papers will be published in an edited volume and/or in a special issue of a scientific journal.
