• Due to room capacity, we can accomodate a maximum of 200 participants.
• Acceptance of contributions for talks or posters will be notified by July 10.
• A prize will be awarded to the best poster. 

FEES

✔️ The fee includes coffee breaks and social events (welcome aperitif and social dinner)

• Early registration: E. 420 for senior scientists; E. 330 for junior scientists (PhD students and post-docs)
• Late registration: E. 470 for senior scientists; E. 380 for junior scientists (PhD students and post-docs)

✔️  Members of SISTEQ benefit of a discount: 

• Early registration: E. 350 for senior scientists; E. 300 for junior scientists (PhD students and post-docs)
• Late registration: E. 400 for senior scientists; E. 350 for junior scientists (PhD students and post-docs)

SISTEQ will collect the fees and issue the invoices.
