Registration Fees

Registration fees are in Euros. Early registration is applicable if paid before 15 March 2025.

(*) Document certifying the enrollment of the ongoing study is required. All rates are not subjected to VAT

Terms and Conditions
In order for their papers to be included in the Conference Proceedings and the Technical Programme, the authors must register until May 15, 2025.

Payment methods

Payment of the following fees could be done using a standard bank wire transfer, a PayPal electronic payment, or a Credit Card electronic payment.

Important Information

• The conference fee includes a two-year AICO membership since participation is reserved for AICO members only.
• To ensure your paper is included in the proceedings, at least one author must pay the registration fee.

• As AICO is a non-profit association, it is not possible to issue an invoice or proforma invoice prior to payment. Upon receiving the payment, a fiscal receipt will be provided.

Registration Fee Covers:

• A two-year AICO membership

• One published paper in the proceedings

• Attendance at the conference

• Conference proceedings materials

• Lunches and coffee breaks

• Conference buffet (available only if reserved during registration)
