The International Symposium on Mixing in Industrial Processes (ISMIP) is a conference held every 3 years to bring together researchers from academia and industry from across the world engaged in mixing research.

The ISMIP highlights cutting-edge research in fluid mixing, structured products, scale-up methodologies, experimental diagnostics, and their applications across a wide range of industrial sectors.

This symposium is unique in its blend of academic and industrial interest within the mixing community. For the first time, it will be held in Italy, marking its return to Europe after it was last hosted in the UK in 2017.
