Registration fee includes access to: scientific sessions, posters exhibition area, sponsors area, congress documents and abstract book (electronic), coffee breaks and lunches during the event, Ribomod Gala Dinner. 

Trainees (Postdoctoral Fellows and Students)

• Trainees (Postdoctoral Fellows and Students) Early (until April 30th, 2025): 450,00 €
• Trainees (Postdoctoral Fellows and Students) Late (from May 1st, 2025 to June 5th, 2025): 500,00 €

Academics

• Academics Early (until April 30th, 2025): 600,00 €
• Academics Late (from May 1st, 2025 to June 5th, 2025): 650,00 €

Non-Academics

• Non-Academics Early (until April 30th, 2025): 800,00 €
• Non-Academics Late (from May 1st, 2025 to June 5th, 2025): 850,00 €

Travel fellowship

The RiboMod 2025 organizers, in collaboration with the RNA Society, RNA Canada RiboClub, and gold sponsors, are offering a limited number of travel fellowships to support students and postdoctoral fellows who may otherwise be unable to attend the meeting due to financial constraints. Fellowships will typically be awarded in the form of reduced or waived registration fees. Please note that only one fellowship will be granted per research group.
