Submission & Templates

ABSTRACT

Authors wishing to participate in the conference are invited to submit an abstract of no more than 200 words. The abstract should clearly state the primary objective of the study, the research design and methodology, as well as the main findings, results and conclusions. Citations and references are not required at this stage.

All submissions will undergo a preliminary evaluation by the Conference Committee to assess their relevance and alignment with the conference scope and thematic areas.

Abstracts must be submitted no later than March 23, 2026.

FULL PAPER

Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors are required to submit the full paper no later than April 26, 2026. The manuscript must comply with the conference formatting guidelines and follow the official template provided.

The full paper should present a clear and coherent structure, typically including the following sections: introduction, literature review (where applicable), methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, and references.

All manuscripts must be carefully proofread and formatted in accordance with the template prior to submission. Papers must be submitted through the official online submission system.

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, relevance and originality. Reviewers’ comments and recommendations will be communicated to the authors, and revisions may be required prior to final acceptance.

Authors of accepted papers will be notified by email and provided with detailed instructions regarding any necessary revisions and presentation guidelines.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Papers must be written in English.

Each full paper must have a minimum length of six pages and must be prepared in accordance with the official conference template.

Accepted File Format: Papers prepared in Microsoft Word must be submitted as a single file. Authors are required to use the official conference template when preparing their papers (available for download below).

Please ensure that figures, tables, schemes and other graphical elements are inserted directly into the text and not placed inside movable text boxes or floating frames, as this may cause formatting issues and layout inconsistencies.
