Registration, Info & FAQ

Entrance to the Symposium is free but registration is required, participants are invited to communicate their participation by September 15th, 2017.

Following requests for a deadline extension, we would like to inform you that the new deadline for registration is September 28th, 2017.

In the email of registration, you are kindly invited to write:

• Name and Surname;
• Address, post-code, city, country;
• Email and mobile-phone;
• Occupation;
• Academic Position and Affiliation (if possible);
• Short bio (optional).

FAQ

- Will participants be served lunch? Yes, a light lunch.

- Will the lectures be recorded and available online? No, there will not be recordings or live broadcasting.

- Will there be translation services? No, the majority of the lectures will be in English without translation services.

- Will wi-fi be available for guests? Yes.

- Could you suggest accommodation opportunities? Unfortunately we have no special accomodation deals.  We suggest you look for acomodation in the city center which is vibrant with restaurants, bars and shops.
